Heaven at the Hunter combines wine-tasting with four short contemporary dance pieces in the spectacular Hunter Valley only two hours north of Sydney, for one day of perfect bliss.
At each winery, the audience is treated to a sample of the Hunter's finest wines and an enchanting dance performance set against a backdrop of stunning views.
The mesmorising dances trace the story of a hero's journey - the call to adventure, the challenges and troubles, and the victory; the essential elements to the myths and stories that inspire us all, based on the book "Power of the Myth" by Joseph Campbell.
